Tiny Move Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Tiny Move, a lightweight reminder and activity-support app published by Jensen. Tiny Move uses on-device settings to help users manage gentle movement, eye-break, and hydration reminders.

2. Data Stored Locally

Tiny Move stores reminder settings, daily rhythm preferences, pause status, reminder interaction history, language and appearance preferences, and limited app state on your device. This information is used only to provide reminder features.

Jensen does not operate servers that collect, store, analyze, or share Tiny Move records.

3. Notifications

Tiny Move may send optional reminder notifications based on your settings. Notification content and actions such as “Snooze” or “Skip today” are processed locally on your device and are not used for advertising, tracking, or developer-side analytics.

4. Activity Recognition

If you enable motion-aware sedentary reminders and grant activity recognition permission, Tiny Move may use activity information provided by Android to determine whether the device appears to be moving, still, or in a vehicle-related state. This is used only to reduce inappropriate sedentary reminders and show local reminder status.

Tiny Move does not use activity recognition to determine your location, create travel histories, identify places, make medical assessments, or track you for advertising. The related state is processed and stored only on your device.

5. Health Connect Step Data

Health Connect is optional. Tiny Move requests read-only step data permission (android.permission.health.READ_STEPS) only after you choose to connect and grant permission.

After permission is granted, Tiny Move reads aggregated step counts for today, the most recent 7 local calendar days including today, and the most recent 2 hours. These aggregates are used only to display an in-app activity summary, a 7-day trend, and optional low-pressure activity suggestions. Tiny Move does not write health data to Health Connect.

Tiny Move does not request heart rate, sleep, location, exercise session, background health data, or health history permissions. The app does not retain raw step records or create a separate health-history database. Health Connect data is read only while you use the app, manually refresh it, or return the app to the foreground.

If another app, such as a fitness app or wearable companion app, writes steps to Health Connect, Tiny Move may display the aggregates provided by Health Connect. Those apps' data collection, synchronization, and sharing practices remain governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing, Analytics, and Advertising

Jensen does not sell Tiny Move data or share it with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or developer-operated external servers. Tiny Move contains no advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK.

Tiny Move does not provide native direct integration with wearable manufacturers. If your device supports watch alerts, notifications are delivered through the phone's notification synchronization mechanism.

7. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can turn reminders and motion-aware features on or off in Tiny Move at any time. You can also manage or revoke Health Connect permission through Health Connect or Android system settings. After revocation, Tiny Move will stop reading subsequent Health Connect data.

You can remove Tiny Move's local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Because Jensen does not store data on developer-operated servers, there is no developer-side account or cloud record to delete.

8. Children's Privacy

Tiny Move is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
